Monero is proof of work not proof of stake, so there is no native staking. Most things marketed as XMR staking are just custodial lending where you hand over control of your coins. A more decentralized way to earn is by providing liquidity in P2P trades instead. We're working on tools in @HekaWallet to make that easier and more automated while keeping things self-custodial. The basic wallet and manual P2P access will be free. Got $XMR ?
