I spoke with a Canadian who has been living in Brampton for 20 years about how his city has changed. He says that Brampton used to be a small farming town but mass immigration has completely changed his city. Drugs and homelessness have ravaged Brampton's Canadian population.
@Harry__Faulkner Canadians voted for Trudeau 3 times? Why
@Harry__Faulkner Interesting characters you’re finding for these interviews. Who buys the smokes, you or them?
@Harry__Faulkner So happy I moved from Brampton last year. Everything they are saying about Brampton is true.
@Harry__Faulkner She is not wrong! That is what our generosity has gotten us!
@Harry__Faulkner Brampton was maybe a farming community in the 1950. Before the 1960/70s boom, brought by the Bramalea development, it was actually classified as a trading hub. This guy wasn't alive if it was ever a farming community. Drugs.
@Harry__Faulkner Brampton was not a "small farming town" 20 years ago. Caledon was. Brampton had 325k people in 2001. That was bigger than Oshawa when GM was still operating.
@Harry__Faulkner I lived in Brampton almost 35 years ago for a couple of years! Drugs and homelessness were bad then, and it was growing at a fast pace. Nothing has changed! But thanks for catching up!
