Endodontic treatment of tooth 3-04. Dogs have three incisors on each side (so a canine's canine is a 4). They also have more than 10 teeth per quadrant, so the zero is needed as a placeholder for all of those teeth.

A flipper is a temporary tooth often used to fill in spaces in a smile while the patient prepares for something more definitive. A milled flipper is machined from a solid block of PMMA which gives the prosthesis a little extra durability.

@DrStraightSmile A milled flipper is an excellent choice. We typically use a monolithic PMMA. That means the palate is tooth coloured. Some people like to have pink on the palatal tissue, so an assembled flipper might be better for her.

We don't only make teeth. This is a radiation stent for cancer treatment. Oncologists use these to get access to tissues they need to treat and protect tissues they need to avoid.
