Franklin Gothic is one of my favorite fonts, so I'm trying to find the right justification to drop some cash ($200) on Hex Franklin, a beautiful variable font inspired by it. hex.xyz/HEX_Franklin/
@HEXprojects @djrrb What is interesting in your example is that the eye doesn’t see the curves as short. I strongly suspect that the optics of such tight interline fit, together with its size of use, makes this work. Attention is diverted to viewing the whole. 👍🏻
