@OpenreachHelp I’ve spoken to BT - my service provider, I’ve spoken to Open Reach. I’ve spoken to everyone. The open reach survey team have been out. You know there is an issue and yet nobody can give me a date for repair. Im asking you publicly - Please let me know a date this will repaired?

@WeAreOpenreach Please can someone there tell us when you’re going to repair the downed fibre cables in Pakenham, Suffolk, IP31 2LP? It’s been 8 days without any internet now. Half the village without internet and nobody knows when you’re going to fix it?
