HOW TO FEEL SUPERB 1 Exercise & Physical - high aerobic fitness - high anaerobic capacity - ability to sprint/run fast - focused development/retention of the above together with daily low-level activity - resistance training to build/retain strength and muscle mass - remain lean - stay on the light side for your frame 2 Diet - 2 or 3 meals per day - protein-centered meals - High nutrition, low calorie meals - don't eat large meals after 4hrs before bed - 12-14hour 'fast' everyday 3 Sleep - Go to bed earlier - keep consistent sleep hours - minimum 8hrs sleep per night - cool bedroom - dark bedroom 4 Outdoors/Sunlight - spend more time outdoors - get the sun early 5 Money/lifestyle - make 'excess' money - have sovereignty from being employed - have a free schedule - live in a nice area - have a loving and supportive family - improve your knowledge - enjoy and appreciate nature, pass this on to your children - read/sing to your children at bedtime - grow vegetables Each category and sub-category can be expanded upon and added to.
