2 most common things I see in sites caught in HCU and core updates 1 - The former top traffic pages aren't actually a part of the core topical relevance of the site. The spam filters are way too turned up for that now. 2 - Backlink issues no one wants to believe are issues

I know this is an old tweet, but It's amazing to me how effective it is to simplify and focus only on the biggest levers in whatever game I'm playing. Been working on improving my SEO game and this was a solid reminder of what ultimately moves the needle.
