This would be a reasonable Op-Ed. Except for the fact that after our strike, we didn't then look at the people who got struck, see that they were unarmed, and then conduct two more strikes. We also weren't simultaneously annexing territory in Afghanistan, and overseeing a famine

The problem isn't just a strike that killed civilians—that's almost entirely unavoidable in conflict and will happen—it's that there's been a six-month continuous pattern of obvious disregard for civilian casualties in Israeli operations.
@GravitysRa1nbow Plus the IDF has a long history of lying about these things
@GravitysRa1nbow And why is that?
@GravitysRa1nbow Our french allies led a counter terrorism campaign in the Sahel that lasted almost a decade....The Malian junta and Wagner had to try to fabricate french atrocities in order to fail to point a finger at them. We know what a good ally that won't commit mass atrocities looks and..
@GravitysRa1nbow Not even just disregard, but active brutal malice.
@GravitysRa1nbow Of course there will always be collateral damage in war. It's just that normally the collateral damage is some civilians accidentally being caught in strikes against militants, rather than militants accidentally being caught in strikes against civilians.
