@LandRover_UK well that's another week passed, car came back to them and now there saying they wasn't happy with it can't believe this, this has been an 8 weeks process and still with out our car two months wasted off road tax as can't actually use it lol
so disappointed especially with the price of room too, we could wait to get out the room this morning it was awful.
flushing there toilets as the sewer pipe was right next to our window it was an absolute nightmare, sink didn't even drain. I hope the other rooms are nothing like this it's was horrible, we stay in London a lot and this was by far the worst room we have ever stayed in,room 116
@DoubleTree @Hilton we just stayed in doubletree by hilton West end London, when we first got there what a stunning hotel, went down hill from there got to our room well if you could call it that more like a cupboard, it stunk of mould, we was kept awake all night with people,
@LandRover_Uk another let down by this group really can't believe it, they pride themselves on offer 7 years anti corrosion warranty, and yet they are trying to blame because my doors are not aligned properly has caused the the rust, yet all the panels gaps are perfect
