“One should do his best to ensure that his last words before sleeping are remembrance of Allah and the first words that his tongue utters upon waking up are remembrance of Allah, most High. These two are a sign of emaan.” [The Inner Secrets Of Worship pg 111]
Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: “The Salaf (rıghteous predecessors) disliked that one sleeps between the times of Fajr and sunrise because it is the time of gain and the distribution of provision and blessings (by Allāh).” [Madārij As-Sālikīn]

Ibn Rajab رحمه الله also stated: “And from the acts of worship whose reward is multiplied during the heat is fasting, and this is because of the thirst that one experiences in the mid-day heat." Lata’if al-Ma’arif’ (p. 272-273)
Al-Qasim ibn Muhammad said that A'ishah رضي الله عنها would fast in the intense heat. He was asked: "What drove her to do this?" He replied: "She would take advantage of the days before death."
Meaning that they wanted to do those actions that only a few were capable of doing, due to how difficult they were, and this is indicative of the high aspirations these women had
Ibn Rajab رحمه الله mentions that: Some of the righteous women would choose the hottest days and fast them, saying, “If the price is low, everyone will buy.”
If you have fasts from Ramadan to make up, or even if you want to fast voluntarily, the best time to complete them (if you are capable) which will grant you the most reward is in the summer
