Anyone born this century has no concept of how great the world was before about 2014. You weren't constantly told your ethnicity and gender made you a bad person. Everyone got on. White couples were allowed in adverts. You could chat up girls. HR departments just processed payroll. I saw Independence Day in Times Square and at the end after Will Smith punched the alien everyone chanted "USA! USA!" instead of complaining about patriarchal racism. It was genuinely the pinnacle of humanity, and it was destroyed.
This is what the world looked like before mass immigration, widespread racial and gendered guilt activism, and before bankers had totally screwed the economy for their own gain. People were just allowed to be themselves, and they did fun, wholesome things for their own sake.
