১৯৪৮ চনৰ ১৯ জুলাইলৈ অসমত প্ৰৱেশ কৰা মিঞা সকলক মাথোঁ আমাৰ ভাই বুলি বিৱেচনা কৰিম । কিন্তু তাৰ পিছত পূৱ-পাকিস্তান ওৰফে বাংলাদেশৰ পৰা অসমত অবৈধভাৱে প্ৰৱেশ কৰা সকলক আমি অবৈধ বিদেশী বুলিহে গণ্য কৰোঁ আৰু ইতিমধ্যে সেই সকলৰ বিৰুদ্ধে দেশৰ উচ্চতম ন্যায়ালয়ত মহাসংঘই গোচৰ তৰি থৈছে ।
