Architects: Architect, Interior Architect, Architectural Designer, Design Professional (all generic, all legally theirs) Interior Designers: Certified/Registered/Licensed Interior Designer -> they can't even claim one clear title. Unequal regulation at work🟢
Your state uses CERTIFIED? This means—no scope, no enforcement. REGISTERED or LICENSED? That's more enforceable. The IBC defines "responsible charge" as registered or licensed only. Check your state. 🟢
