@thmoneycircle @the_big_monte There is absolutely no way you collect $42k in damages on this. Wholesalers are not sympathetic parties in the eyes of the court, especially when you have to accept some of the responsibility for the missed closing. Take the L and move on.

@griswold @SpotMonthEnergy Someone hire me for a golf / business role. I’m a perfect fit. 5 handicap who never practices, and plays about 10-12 rounds a year. No time wasted on the course. But I’m real comfortable playing the best club in town with the richest guy. Golf is a great equalizer.

@cauchyfriend My general experience with google: 2000-2005: WOW. All the world’s information is at my fingertips. This is AMAZING. 2005-2023: I guess I’ll use google, but I’m not looking forward to sifting through all the ads and clickbait. This is EXHAUSTING.
