Dartmouth is proposing an exception for discrimination, sexual harassment, and sexual assault in our grievance procedure, so we marched on the boss with a letter for president @sianbeilock demanding she support women in science and commit to ensuring real recourse for survivors.
Today we delivered our petition along with three boxes full of authorization cards signed by 2700+ researchers — a strong majority of ~4000 of us — to the @NLRB to form our union at @nyuniversity!
