They also lied about the other case number. Supposedly one was dismissed. They change the records back and forth to disappear the real person while the cartel doppelganger takes the identity. Then they change the published picture they put on the Internet.

I noticed there are 2 case numbers. Mecklenburg is a drug cartel. They took 2 pictures of me without teeth. One picture they entered to the system without fingerprints. They are planning on disappearing me and making it to where I can't prove who I am because my doppelganger...

Has probably put his biometrics on my passports. Either through visas or he went to jail on them. Not sure yet. He will end up flying around on my passports while I'm dead and there is no federal record of my death.

@CIA they got away with it for ~10 years. They kept drugging me in Bakersfield to forget everything. They also stalked me and followed me out of state when I tried to start over anywhere and pulled the same shit on me.
