14-19-306-019 3523 N Hoyne Ave Chicago This home was built in 2020. It was missed in 2020, 2021, 2022, & 2023. It is still assessed as vacant land. There's a reason #CookCountyPropertyTaxes continue to rise. What they do not pay gets shifted to everyone else

23-32-305-012 11060 Frances Ln Palos Park This home sold in January of 2022 for $815,000. The #CookCountyAssessor still shows it as vacant land with a market value of $95,380 Also this sale was erroneously included with other land sales in determining land values in the area

17-07-205-030 1844 W Huron St Chicago This home sold in 2021 for $1,250,000. The #CookCountyAssessor has it at $630,000 because it is assessed as a 1 story 140 year old home Maybe they'll get it assessed by the next solar eclipse

27-18-300-015 11800 Wolf Rd Orland Park The Assessor says that this small home is now worth $558,130 - up from $271,820 Their tax bill will double in the fall When we have these increases along with all the new houses Fritz is missing, it all evens out & no one is the wiser

2834 W Morse Ave Chicago 10-36-112-055 #CookCountyAssessor valued this home at $370,000 when it was last reassessed in 2021. Now for 2024, he says it is worth $610,850 When faulty data goes into the model, faulty values will come out Illinois law says values must be uniform
