The Treasurer receives and pays out funds, manages the bank account, and keeps an accurate record of receipts and expenditures. He or she creates an annual budget, presents periodic financial updates, and is responsible for state and federal tax filings.
The Secretary keeps records, prepares meeting agendas, records meeting minutes, and handles correspondence. This position is vacant (no incumbent) for SY2020-21.
