Radiate kindness on Monday's. When you show kindness towards others it helps them, and it helps you too. Random acts of kindness strengthens your connection with others, fostering a sense of belonging. You'll feel happier and stronger, which will help alleviate stress and worry.
Setting intentions can be hard when you're grieving. Given that what has been lost can't be restored, what do you want for yourself in the coming year? Is there anything that can be released and left behind? Sometimes asking these questions helps something shift, even just a bit.
