@MetaDemonReal @NakaiCanon They're "glowing" from light shining thru them since they're crystalline. But older games had them glow because they were chemically reactive crystals that could explode - a detail that the new game isn't as prominent about.

@LobaCol @NakaiCanon No, I see it. New CE's needles don't glow as prominently - they refract light better: which makes for some nicer details, but the needles from older games glow since they're chemically reactive. New CE's needles don't glow, they're shinier. Both be pretty tho.

@OddysseyTalks The canon classifies this as the Deismos: one of the final upgrades of Mk IV before we reach the Mk V. Apparently, he wears this helmet before (the mouth details are unique to this class of helm)

@chatdeblanc @durandalcomplex To be fair, there are elements like a top mounted rail and a muzzle reminiscent of small arms rather than smth like what a tank would have for such high calibers. Some parts of it would only fit human weapons rather than larger mech sized ones.

@Caben17749 @durandalcomplex One thing I also like is that the firing rates of smth like the 120mm are slow and chunky - makes the gun feel more powerful. Only issue is the 120mm firing normal bullets with limited effectiveness, rather than smth like the 100mm guns firing APFSDS

@durandalcomplex Yeah, cus gravity feeds the gun rather than a spring system that can't effectively push several kilo heavy rounds upwards But nope, that's not "a real gun" according to some

@ZachDume This is literally a Republic colored 546 from Mando S2. It has those block-like parts near the engines, it has those specific quad turbolasers, and it has the exact prow design of the hangar bay
