Please don't stick your noise suppression at the end. I also have no idea why you'd need a polarity inverter. Maybe if you're singing harmonies in a live setting? And please put your limiter last in your chain. It's a safety net and not just another compressor.

I changed the name of my Dialogue Restoration & Processing service to Voiceover Restoration & Processing on VGen. People were mistaking it for my OBS service, so I'm hoping there will be less confusion moving forward. I’ll consider moving my OBS service to VGen as well, but I’m a bit hesitant since it involves meeting off-site on Discord. I’m not entirely sure how comfortable people on there would be with that.

Extra notes: You can place noise suppression before EQ if it needs to be fed a full range signal. Upward compression is also perfectly fine, but it adds a very specific sound to whatever you put it on. It’s not bad, just not really my thing in a live context. It tends to bring up noise, mouse clicks, keyboard sounds, and mouth noises along with everything else, so be careful when setting it if you truly want that sound. I use upward compression myself in post-production for animation, podcasts, and audiobooks, but not always. If you want more natural sounding dialogue, take it out. If you want something tighter and more in your face, add it in.

I’m actually an audio engineer with experience applying processing to dialogue. Your chain is pretty long and not in an order I’d personally recommend. My service walks people through building a custom processing chain for the individual, including me personally making a custom EQ curve for you. Here’s a free bit of advice since it looks like you need it: Put the limiter at the end of the chain. It’s your safety net, not just an extra compressor. Ideally, you shouldn’t be hitting it very often. Put noise suppression after EQ, but before compression. Same with your noise gate. Compression reduces dynamic range and makes more work for both. Having the gate after compression means you need to set it much higher. You’ll also get less noise if suppression happens before compression. You shouldn’t really need upward compression if your normal compression and gain staging are set correctly beforehand. I’d also recommend using a proper parametric EQ over a 3-band EQ. Starting your chain with some form of band-pass filtering will help reduce unnecessary noise before the rest of your processing.
