@Matalan bought some lovely wrapping paper however come to use it and can’t get any of the stickers off that secures it without ripping the paper. Gutted 😢

@karcheruk Hi, I have a Karcher K4 pressure washer that pops the hose every time I turn it on. I have replaced the clip once and lasted for a about a day and now doing same again. Looks like known problem as loads reporting same issue online. Do you have a fix to resolve this?

@HoundshillSC 1 of 2 Hi, I visited HoundsHill recently and entered the car park via slope and and as soon as driving to space my car was reporting a flat tyre. Went to garage to find screw in the tyre wall so new tyre required.

2 of 2 I know building work is happening and accidents happen but can more checks be completed or a reminder sent out as I have now had to pay £155 for a new tyre which I am not happy about!!

@TKMaxx_UK retd a pair of boots where soles had come away at the front on both boots.Was told at first wear and tear but only had boots since November.I felt embarrassed having to argue my case when I was being totally genuine. Voucher given in the end but disappointing response!

@asda used scan and go mobile yesterday, at home noticed it had scanned one item 3 times and another twice. Didn’t realise at time so now paid for items don’t have. I know I should have checked but just wanted to point out scanner on mobile too sensitive compared to Sainsburys 😢

@BarrattSweets bought a 300g box of retros and I know contents vary but only 3 Wham bars and 12 fruit salad and a whopping 40 black jacks. Feel like false advertising on the box and wouldn’t have bought if known. Very disappointed!!

@TKMaxxHelp Hi, thanks for your reply. What further information do you need? The opening hours on your website need updating. There were a few people who turned up same time as me only to find the store closed. I need to go back again as have parcel to collect. Another 8mile round trip 😢 x

@TKMaxx_UK just gone to visit your store in Blackpool, Squires Gate. Your site and Google both said open until 7pm. Got there and it’s closed and shows 6pm on the door. 🤬. Please can you update your website so others are aware!!

@Ryanair why am I being charged a change fee even though following government advice not to travel. It’s the least you can do to waive this when no refund or credit note offered. I see people who booked 3 weeks after me from 16/7 don’t have to pay a change fee, how is that fair!

@npowerhelp hi nothing urgent so reply when you get chance. Smart Metre installed 6/3 and plug in monitor never worked. States connection lost waiting for current data. Been like that since install x
