Personally I wouldn't date build up anytjing in NI until their independence question is resolved. Either rejoin Ireland, or fully integrate in UK.

@waltfinc @PernotLeplay We have seen how easy it is for nationd to cut off - even your allies - to critical technologies. Such as when US blocked Anthropic even for British people. For EU to ever be able to stand on its own feet, we cannot keep relying on external parties.
