A few years ago. I have up more on but only if someone is there to assist me. Doing bench dips with 45s on your lap is deadly too. I’ve been having issues with my stomach for a while and had my hips surgery so it’s set back my training a bit. Super hard on my mental health. I’m a miserable bitch when I can’t train or do cardio. Rest days are hard for me. I’m all gas no brakes as @Crashmetax says.

@akmetax Absolutely. If I only get a half rep in on my last set then I’m done. Unless I have a spotter to assist to get the last full rep. But I hate training with people and people hate training with me because they say it’s to hard lol. I train like I have a gun to my head.
