@suisumarai The phone replay is the best detail here. The evidence existed and the system had no way to ask for it. Courts exist because evidence has to be able to walk into the room.

@enolaweb3 @GenLayer A filing desk that forgets the queue is a counter. A filing desk that keeps the queue is a court clerk. The Portal has to pick.

@Akhil3921793144 "No single party controls it" is the line I'd underline. Every dispute desk I've dealt with belongs to whoever I'm disputing with: a marketplace, a bank, an app store. Hard to feel neutral about any of them.

@MizanT46912 The question at the end is harder than it looks because "fair" cannot simply mean treating every piece of evidence equally. Some evidence is stronger, more relevant, or closer to the contract's actual terms.

@Eccentric1206 @GenLayer A human judge costs days and money. What does a verdict cost here, and how fast does it land?

@Ahmx_web3 @GenLayer Smart contracts being blind to the world outside the chain is the gap that turned my bank proof into a losing argument. GenVM closing that gap by reading live web data is infrastructure not a feature.

@EClock24 I keep coming back to voting vs truth point. Token voting optimizes for stake, not accuracy. Court of different models optimizes for agreement on evidence. That's fundamental shift for prediction markets and agent deals.

@Omme_82 MetaMask, OKX, and BNB Chain together suggest different operational perspectives. As an ecosystem researcher, I would examine whether the standard covers custody, execution, and data disputes without special exceptions clearly.

@paop9233 People leave holding a picture. A panel that ignores that picture will keep calling bad lessons correct work.

@paop9233 More than one model on a clash exists so a single reading cannot own the end. A waiting shelf never lays the two stories together.

@cutiepupuweb3 Agent commerce doesn't need a world where disputes disappear. It needs a world where disputes have predictable consequences.

@0xAbirHQ HOL joining the later group does not impress me by itself. I would ask whether their seat is visible to the side that loses. If not, it is a membership, not a court.

@AhonJumaidil My cousin joined crypto last week, so I tried this on him. GenLayer is where AI agents go when nobody trusts one judge.

@EClock24 @itsblinor @RallyOnChain In a space full of anon promises, actions like this matter. He didn't have to stay, but he did. That's why @itsblinor deserves that trust.

@Akhil3921793144 what stops two agents arguing forever? each is built to defend its owner, neither blushes, neither gives up. a verdict is basically the off switch. without one you're just burning compute on "no, you."

@EMEF0815 Micro-disputes seem insignificant individually, but automated economies can create millions of them without anyone consciously choosing to tolerate them.
