We're on the Ga/Al line, on the EST/CST line. We work in Ga so we live on EST. But our neighbors are on CST. Which means its 7am to us; time to get to work. But we're not gonna wake our neighbors at 6am on a Saturday morning. We hate to be the first one to break that silence.

@FenixAmmunition We call ours "Motor Monday:" the first Monday of every month we start every engine on the homestead.
First post is in the ground! We'll have goats again by October. Can't wait!

@GrowAllYourFood 4+ Got at least 3 to replace in the actual orchard, got another 6 pecans to plant along the road, and I'm going to finish my citrus greenhouse and squeeze two or three tropical trees in there. Then its on to the vineyard!
Just bottled our blueberry cinnamon wine. It'll be ready just in time for Christmas next year.
2025 will bring us flowers. How do I know? We spent all of 2024 planting seeds.
I want to have a custom water tower built on the property. The plan was to save up for a year and pay a local fabricator to build it. After meeting him today, the plan is to work for him for a year and let him pay me for him to teach me how to build it.
Its the little things in life. Frogs in the woods. Rain on the roof. Wine bubbling in the shed.
We're still years from tree fruits but my strawberries have been producing from year 1. Finally got enough saved up/frozen for some wine so here we go...
And we're done. Plus I got 8lbs of strawberries processed and in the freezer.
I found the last of my honey from the old homestead (4ish gallons), so I'm going to start a mead for the summer.
