Gold open interest on COMEX is plunging to the lowest level in a decade… and silver open interest is doing the same. At the same time, 448t of gold and ~6,000t of silver have left COMEX. Paper exposure is collapsing while physical metal is leaving the exchange.

Silver is starting to test 50-day resistance extending from May 13th. Once silver regains this resistance, the immediate target comes at $71 price level...
Upon breakout from a 3-month descending channel, gold could quickly run up to $4.6 -4.7k level where it will have to work with significant resistance extending from January and March highs. I think gold could reach $5k plus level by early to mid August...
