La meritocracia suele olvidar un detalle: no todos partimos desde el mismo lugar. A veces vemos a alguien “más atrás” y asumimos que le falta esfuerzo, disciplina o ambición. Pero muchas veces esa persona está subiendo una escalera más larga, más pesada y con menos apoyo.
