Yes, but why does it have to be a war game that is linked? We don't have enough conflicts already? Where is the innovation of games AI can help us to achieve a new level, make history, education, culture, emotions, conciousness or even space travel more open for experience it. Fighting and conflict is the most basic of all human behaviour and I don't see the evolution using AI to make the same tiresome content again and again. For that we don't need technology.
