HUGE UPDATE: Hub v3 is here, xStocks are next The 24h update window is running now. This is the final preparation for xStocks on ASTOCK. Hub v3 can hold two kinds of backing at once: stocks in the Robinhood Chain vault (as today) and xStocks on Arc. Everything is already deployed and tested on a mainnet fork. When xStocks launch on Arc, we switch them on within 15-20 minutes. No 24h wait, one step. 24-hour pause Buying stocks with USDC via the reserve (site and API) DCA plans (resume after the update) Payout rounds and the $ASTOCK buyback. Nothing is lost: funds wait and go into the first round after the update, so it will be bigger Desk top-ups. Desk buys, USDC gifts and Launchpad buys with USDC keep working while Desk has inventory Works the whole time Holding and selling stocks Trading Launchpad tokens for stocks Claiming payouts, DCA withdrawals, receiving gifts Sells are unavailable for a few minutes at the very end, while the vault switches to the new hub. What xStocks bring Buy xStocks straight to your wallet. Toggle between aNVDA and NVDAx on any stock’s trade page. One transaction in, one out Optional 1:1 swap. aNVDA to NVDAx through the hub reserve. No selling, no spread, no USDC in between. Don’t want to swap? Do nothing, aNVDA works as before aStocks backed by xStocks. Backing moves gradually from the Robinhood vault to xStocks in the hub reserve. Everything is visible at /reserves Launchpad paired with xStocks. New launches trade against xStocks, buy with USDC in one transaction. Direct-to-pool launches, multi-stock baskets, curve graduates traded through the hub Payouts unchanged. Still paid in aStocks, you still pick the stock Safety Any backing change takes effect only 24h after it’s announced on-chain. Even the operator key can’t skip it, so everything for xStocks is announced in advance Every xStock trade is checked against the oracle, nothing worse than 2% If the issuer pauses the token, the site stops offering xStock trades and tells you why. Selling through the vault stays

Since we started the buyback on Sep 29, every single payout round is matched 1:1 with a $ASTOCK buyback and burn. 177 buybacks so far. 10.1M $ASTOCK bought back and sent to the dead address. $9,111 spent - exactly equal to what holders received in stock payouts. Total burned on 0x...dEaD: 76.7M $ASTOCK - 7.67% of the total supply. Every transaction is onchain. The rule is simple: the more we pay out in stocks, the more we burn.

Letter to the Arc Team Dear @arc @circle @jerallaire team, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to introduce a project that aligns closely with Arc — $ASTOCK @TryArcStocks — and to explain why it deserves your attention. Arc, as Circle’s chain purpose-built for financial use cases, has a clear core advantage: gas fees can be paid directly in USDC, eliminating the need for users to first convert into other native tokens. This design significantly reduces friction for institutions and real-money accounts, making the experience smoother, more practical, and better suited to compliant financial applications. In this context, on-chain stock products settled in USDC naturally have both narrative and practical advantages. Over time, compliant exchanges and institutional capital are likely to increasingly prioritize USDC for on-chain stock purchases, trading, and liquidity provision. $ASTOCK is built precisely around this logic — it uses USDC as the core settlement asset, leveraging USDC’s stability, compliance features, and Circle’s relatively clear regulatory path. This makes it more readily acceptable to compliance-focused users and real capital. I believe $ASTOCK is not only a solid project but also has the potential to serve as an important catalyst for activating liquidity on the Arc chain. If it gains meaningful attention and adoption, it could attract users and liquidity currently participating in tokenized stock trading on other chains, guiding that activity onto Arc. This would help expand Arc’s real usage in regulated financial applications and create a positive flywheel. For these reasons, I kindly ask the @arc team to give $ASTOCK some attention and evaluate the potential for integration with the Arc ecosystem. Whether through technical integration, ecosystem support, or jointly exploring pathways for compliant on-chain stock use cases, such collaboration could be mutually beneficial. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. I look forward to seeing Arc continue advancing in the regulated financial space, and I hope $ASTOCK can contribute real users and liquidity to Arc. Best regards, LaoTie
