@Wise @biztos Thank you for sharing that the issue is in fact from @Wise and not a customer issue. Absolutely disgraceful when we’re already dealing with my father’s death to make out that we are doing something wrong. If he hadn’t made the payment, there would be no funeral! This was critical

@Wise Well he’s on the verve of closing the account because you’re not fixing anything. Even the link you sent me is troubleshooting. He’s sent screenshots, just fix the issue and allow him access to his money. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour!

@Wise He did and your advisers were zero help, he made arrangements to make the payment from another account and he’s not happy. I understand you’re a regulated body but you can’t update details when the app and website don’t work! Tried multiple browsers and didn’t work.
