@LNER Yes Cameron you have said that 3 times. Your staff who act upon information from the direct source told me it was delayed by 30 minutes. Forget about Trainline, what is the excuse for your staff telling me the same information? There isn’t one. Terrible service.

@LNER train from kings cross to Stirling was delayed from 3pm to 3:42pm, Trainline app sending a notification and LNER staff telling us. We left kings cross and came back at 3:10pm to find that the train had gone at 3pm. What is going on? Appalling service.
@LNER It wasn’t. We were told by YOUR staff as well. So you are accountable for them.
@LNER No, we arrived at kings cross at 2pm. The board said delayed - the LNER staff said approx 30 mins. The Trainline app said 3:42pm. We arrived back at kings cross at 3:10pm and it had gone.
@LNER We were meant to be on the 3pm from London to Stirling. Now stuck in Kings Cross not sure what to do. Why were we told one thing and then the train departed with no notice?!
