We were delighted to attend The Emma's 2026 and celebrate the impact being delivered across the charity sector! ⭐ Jess Molyneux – shortlisted for Special Event Manager of the Year ⭐ Guildhall Christmas Market – shortlisted for Special Event of the Year (£100k+) It was such an inspiring night, to hear about so many impactful and innovative events from charities of all sizes, all making a real difference to the causes they support. What made us especially proud was seeing the calibre of organisations and events we were standing alongside. With two of the winning events and partnerships raising over £1 million, it was a reminder that we are truly competing in the big leagues and that our events continue to sit among some of the very best in the sector. Congratulations to all the winners, nominees and organisers for a fantastic evening celebrating excellence in fundraising events. Lloyd’s of London Foundation Abseil Challenge! 🧗🏻‍♀️ On Wednesday 8 July and Thursday 9 July, 10 brave participants took on the Lloyd’s of London Foundation Abseil Challenge, descending the iconic Lloyd’s building in aid of the British Red Cross Disaster Fund. Over the two days, participants stepped over the edge of one of the City of London’s most recognisable landmarks, demonstrating incredible courage and commitment to helping people affected by disasters in the UK and around the world. Designed by renowned British architect Lord Richard Rogers and opened by Her Majesty The Queen in 1986, the famous “inside-out building” stands at 289ft and remains one of the most distinctive features of the London skyline. The challenge offered participants a unique opportunity to experience the building from a completely different perspective while raising vital funds for the British Red Cross. Together, our 10 abseilers have raised an outstanding £4,974 so far, with donations still coming in. Every pound raised will help the British Red Cross respond rapidly to emergencies and support people when they need it most. A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated and supported the challenge and to Lloyd’s of London Foundation who have chosen the British Red Cross as their Charity partner. Your enthusiasm, determination and generosity have made this event a fantastic success. Venezuela Earthquake Crisis – Support by Fundraising Today ⛑️❤️ Venezuela has been struck by two of the most powerful earthquakes in over a century, measuring 7.5 and 7.2 magnitudes. Already, 1,450 people have lost their lives, more than 3,150 are injured, and over 3,100 families are displaced.
