@Delta still doing a bang up job over a week after Crowdstrike. Two hours late already, stuck on the tarmac with no WiFi or departure time or other remedies offered. You remember mom saying, “Treat others….”? @PeteButtigieg @USDOT

@united is there a point at which flight 3448 might back up from the gate at Newark and actually fly??? No weather issues; no staffing issues. The roads in the sky aren’t clogged… We’re just listening to the pilot’s depressing perspective and - naturally a crying infant.

@AmazonHelp can someone please help me? I had to switch out the card I use for my account because of a fraud issue… and now everything Amazon-related is shut off. My account, Alexa (my lights because of the latter). I’ve tried with an account specialist. Little luck thus far…

@JeffBezos I know it’s lunacy to tweet directly at you - you have other things to do - but it’d be great to be able to reach an Amazon employee who can actually help me restore my account (credit card I used had some fraud issues; so I switched it out, & calamity has ensued).

@JetBlue, what is happening??? Flight 2187 is just sitting on the tarmac in Nashville after being delayed 80 minutes in NYC. Pilot told us a “couple of minutes” to deplane on arrival in TN… 45 mins ago. Proudly awarded himself credit for making up time, too. #garbageservice

@AmericanAir, My flight was canceled from the Keys to NYC due to an unwell attendant. I was handed a phone number that doesn’t work, & found no alternative flights for days. I was also told by this lady, “I only handle people who have planes.” (Exact quote.) $1100 later...Delta
