The systematic destruction of public education is nearly complete. Imagine if they spent that money on lower income school districts. Or better school supplies or creative art classes. I have great concerns for how my state is spending the tax surplus I contributed to.

@EmbryEthan Pisses me off! It takes money right out of our public schools and gives it to rich people for private schools. It leaves low income families who don’t have a choice in underfunded public schools. Nothing fair about it!
@EmbryEthan I saw somewhere that this is like ‘coupons’ for rich people. What a waste, like you said. So many opportunities wasted.
