Oh my dear Kat. I am absolutely crushed for you. I never thought I would survive when my Dad died. He was my best friend and hero. Along the way, I also lost all three of my sisters. My Mom and I became incredibly close. We were so blessed to have had years of deeper bonding than ever, so many laughs, such intense love. Then she died. Now I’m an orphan, too. I tell you this to let you know that I can totally relate to how you feel, and I just want you to know that he truly will be with you forever. Talk to him, he will show you signs that he’s there, that his love for you lives forever. I, too, suffered massive depression and anger. Through some therapy, my incredibly awesome friends, husband and son, and learning how to care for myself through a healing spa that I joined, I have been lifted out of near suicide.
