"Polls show RFK Jr would draw most of his support from Biden. The fact that Tim Mellon, a big Trump donor, has given him $20m backs that up. You wouldn't waste that kind of cash on a hopeless cause without a larger aim." Me on the potential Nader of 2024 ft.com/content/7d7076…
@EdwardGLuce At a time when Democrats were looking for options, RFK Jr. had an opportunity to enter the Race, but his lack of Focus and opportunistic statements derailed his chances. He could have given Democrats a spark.
@EdwardGLuce ROBERT KENNEDY IS NOT PRO-CHOICE.
"...he appeals to swaths of America that are hostile to the pharmaceutical industry. Most Americans have a close family member who suffers from a chronic disease, such as diabetes, cancer, hypertension or addiction. Millions feel ripped off by the big drugs companies. On Tuesday, Shanahan vowed to fix chronic disease within “weeks, not years” of being elected."
@EdwardGLuce @RadioFreeTom You know, all of this hoopla over RFK and democrats voting for him is overstated. I think once they really listen to him, things will balance out. Ralph Nader wasn’t a crackpot. He had gravitas. RFK has a name cred until he opens his mouth.
@EdwardGLuce Other polls say the opposite.
