@tfwrail Why only 2 carriages Man Picc to Cardiff?! Hugely overcrowded and no air con. Not pleasant travelling with 3 kids and it cost over £100 🥵🙄😡

@tfwrail My child is about to pass out from the heat - can you ask the rather absent train manager to turn on the air con? Bottle of free water not quite cutting it. How do I get my money back? Try to be sustainable by travelling by train but should have driven in my air conditioned car!
