Republicans are taking a clip of Joe Biden speaking at the SOTU last night, without the full context, and then ridiculously claiming that he threatened the Supreme Court Justices. Here is the entire context of the clip, where he specifically refers to the Supreme Court's own majority decision. He simply says: "In its decision to overturn Roe V. Wade, the Supreme Court majority wrote the following, with all due respect Justices, 'Women are not without electoral or politial power.'" Then he merely goes onto say that "You're about to realize how right you've been about that [written decision]," meaning women will go to the polls to vote for politicians whom will pass laws protecting their own rights. It's hilarious how far some people go to create false narratives.
@EdKrassen Why did you omit his studder and misspeaking?
@EdKrassen It was a strong speech… so they will need to find things like this to nitpick
@EdKrassen Interesting indeed. How partial truth can actually be untruth 😮
@EdKrassen He is spot on though. Women’s rights will affect every election from now on.
@EdKrassen MTG makes the hillbilly villians in 'Deliverance' seem like good guys
@EdKrassen If you are a “uniter”, you don’t use this stage to attack political opponents. He is divisive intentionally to satisfy and supporters.
