The enemy would love to talk you out of God’s promises, so you let the facts determine your faith: the evidence, the time, how long it’s been. Keep doing the right thing. Keep believing. Keep thanking God. Just because He’s silent doesn’t mean He’s not working. Just because the evidence is not there doesn’t mean it’s not going to happen.

There’s a time for weeping, a time for loss, a time for disappointment, but that’s not the end of the story. There’s also a time for restoration, a time for healing, a time for deliverance, a time for celebration. God said He will make all things beautiful in their time.

God has already equipped you to do whatever He’s calling you to do. He put abilities in you that you haven’t discovered yet. Don’t shrink back and think you don’t have the talent—it’s already there. God says, “Let him take hold of My strength” (Isaiah 27:5).

The enemy is called the accuser. He’d love for you to live down on yourself. He’ll remind you of every mistake you’ve ever made. It may all be true, but what he doesn’t tell you is that there’s another chance coming. God’s mercy is bigger than your mistakes.

I can’t promise you that God will deliver you from every fire, but I can promise you God will be with you in that fire to sustain you, to protect you, to empower you, to enlarge you, to move you toward your destiny.

Your worth is not based on what you have, what family you come from, or how perfectly you live. Your worth is based on the fact that you’re a child of the Most High God. You are worthy not because of what you did, but because of what Jesus did. He made you worthy.

Jesus said in John, “You didn’t choose Me, I chose you.” God loves to choose strangers: people who don’t seem to fit, people who weren’t raised in faith. You wouldn’t be reading this if you weren’t chosen. He handpicked you. Don’t go your whole life thinking you don’t measure up.

You wouldn’t be where you are if you didn’t have what it takes. Your assignment may be bigger than your confidence, but it’s not bigger than your calling. God has already given you the confidence, the strength, and strategy to defeat the giants and step into your purpose.

When you’re at peace, you’re in a position of power. It seems like being loud and forceful is power. But sometimes that’s showing weakness. We’re trying to roar to hide our insecurity. Instead, why don’t you be still and know that He is God.

You will never face a situation where you don’t have what you need. You’re not lacking. You’re not at a disadvantage. The odds may be against you, but God has already equipped you and empowered you for every season.

Sometimes we’re carrying burdens, weighed down by trouble, living worried. We're trying to fix it all in our own strength. The Scripture says, “Cast your burdens on the Lord, release the weight of it, and He will sustain you.” If you’ll release the burden, quit trying to figure it all out, losing sleep, letting your mind work overtime, then God will carry you.

The Scripture says, “Take every thought captive that goes against what God says.” If we’re going to have a sound mind, it’s not going to happen automatically. We’re going to have to start controlling our thoughts. The apostle Paul said, “Give no place to the enemy.” Are there some intruders in your mind that you’re allowing to stay? Are you giving place to negative, discouraging thoughts?

In the Scripture, rain is symbolic of God’s favor, His goodness and blessing. Sometimes we find ourselves in a dry season, not getting any good breaks, dealing with these problems. The good news is you can create an atmosphere for rain in your life. When you send praises up, you create an atmosphere for God to work.
