@EMAWCaleb it was never something i gave a flying fuck about. Would be fun to do some kind of spring festival around football though and have a pro-bowl style event with fun competitions like the dodgeball and flag football and skills competition rather than a scrimmage.
@EMAWCaleb “Miss it but I get it,” but having a portion of the practice open to the public/some sort of fan-fest type event feels like a bare minimum we should have
@EMAWCaleb Absolutely need to bring it back. Nothing better than live game situations to see what you really have with freshman and transfers
@EMAWCaleb It should be a party. Carnival rides for kids, chili or bbq contest, beer garden, bags tournament, open house, 30 mins of practice viewing, autograph day, jersey sale event….. All benefits go to NIL.
@EMAWCaleb Mr Caleb, if it is brought back coincide it with Open House. Then bring back BBQ contest, open the auction up for ALL fans, get Foundation involved, small carnival or something for kids, invite HS juniors and seniors. Broaden the theme for the entire University. Godspeed.
@EMAWCaleb I don't think you need to bring back the game itself but letting the fans see the players (especially young guys) doing 7 on 7 etc stuff would be cool.
