@DekoDrak Kind of like this. Imagine the two piece of square blue vinyl are the body of the inflatable. These are lined up against each other and the Red strip (The Seam Strip) is applied on the inside of the inflatable to join the two. It leaves a very flat surface on the outside.

@Squeakylunerina Take into account this is quite a different method of construction with thicker vinyl. I still wouldn't want to go applying any un-necessary stress if I could avoid it, but they should be quite resilient here :0)

@Squeakylunerina They will stand up, I have just chosen to have them partially inflated to remove any strain - they handily lay quite nicely over the rear legs 😊

@Dust201012 5m in length, 2.3m tall and around 1.6m wide at the rear hips. The dimensions are all approx within tolerance of hand manufacturing 🙂

@ham_sonic It hit 32°C in direct sunlight today here, the house remained at a nice comfortable 22.5°C. I do have a portable air con unit that I used to use all the time for 4-5 months of the year in SE England. Up here, I think I've used it about 10 times in 20 years!
