Actual things insurance companies do to therapists: "Ooh sorry, this note doesn't contain information on how the client is progressing on [one very specific treatment goal], so we aren't going to pay you for the session you did." "We decided we were paying you too much in 2021, so here's a bill for $5,000." "Oh your rate is $185 per hour? Here is $70. But it won't arrive for 2 more months." Yet, people are still mad at the therapists. What else did I miss? Tell me in the replies.
