.@goeasyltd unbelievably shockingly poor customer service!! I was approved for an almost $10,000 loan, but due to a technical issue they couldn't issue finds for almost a week ... A week of lies, gaslighting, call screening (branch screening my calls) and promises not kept. Avoid

. @Hilton I will be canceling my rewards account and transferring to @MarriottBonvoy, after the astonishingly poor customer service received from @HomewoodSuites in Vaughan, Ontario. Not only did you lose a 13 night booking in a suite, but a loyalty customer.

Interesting that @coquitlamcentre security targeted my #samesex family for sitting on the ground eating outside, despite many others doing the same thing and countless people eating indoors with masks down. When questioned security said that the camera operated targeted us.

.@CTVNews Why are you asking infectious disease specialists about public health methods and strategies? Infectious disease physicians are trained in diagnosing and treating infections, not in the art and science of public health (that's what public health specialists do!).

.@parkroyal during my visit today I was very disappointed to count no less than 5 people not wearing a mask indoors. The only security guard in sight seemed more concerned with his cell phone than enforcing the mask mandate. Is this really the best you can do to assure safety?

.@CTVNews why is your news coverage so slanted toward the impact of public health measures on businesses? Yes, the Pandemic is inconvenient, if not tragic, for everyone, but perhaps the narrative should shift toward the consequences of a Pandemic out-of-control!

.@CTVNews .@CBCNews Why do you continuously use infectious disease specialists for commentary on public health / epidemiology measures. These physicians are trained to diagnose and treat infections. Why not speak to epidemiologists or public health specialists instead?
