It seems surprising up until now Farage has not been in receipt of what’s called an unexplained wealth order, which requires an individual or an organisation to explain how they obtained a property or other assets.

Today marks the 78th birthday of the NHS - an institution so many of us love ☺️ The NHS employs around 1.9 million people, making it the largest organisation in Europe and one of the top 3–5 largest employers in the world by headcount 👏 But why have successive Conservative and Labour governments overseen the growing use of private providers within the NHS? 🤨 And more broadly, how does paying profit margins to external companies actually deliver better value for taxpayers in a system that is ultimately publicly funded? 🤔 Surely the time has come to return the NHS to full public ownership, including bringing services such as GP practices and dentistry back into the NHS structure, rather than operating as separately contracted private businesses - thoughts? And how about funding the NHS better so it sets the standard of what a national health service should look like in every country?
