Living in #Nepal d last 10 yrs (after 25 abroad), one of d MANY things I've learned/discovered is that #fear guides many Nepalis--fear, for eg, of Christians. Stoking that fear are politicians engaging in #PoliticsOfFear. How many HONESTLY reflect on what that is doing to them?

Worse still, that #fear appears to be complemented by #insecurities. How else does one explain, for eg, d celebration of (Nepali) Topi ("cap") Diwas on Jan. 1 in a country PLAGUED by exclusion AND one where d cap is a #Symbol of that exclusion?! #Nepal x.com/dorje_sdooing/…
