Pro-Tip: don’t ever book @united First Class. It is not worth a single extra dollar. WiFi out. Screens don’t work. Doesn’t have a TV. Doesn’t recline. Name an issue, first class has it. You pay a ridiculous amount more - FOR NOTHING.

@HiltonHonors download the app you say? Why? Everytime I reserve for my musicians using the app, you guys give them the hardest time with checking in (digital key my ass), charge us TWICE, and never have someone that can answer questions. There is no benefit to being a member. 👎🏾
