@Dittomusic can someone please help me instead of sending me the same email 4 times.. I've replied 4 times asking for specific but yet you guys insist on sending me the same generic email instead working with me to correct the issue. Pushed the release back 4 times now 😖. SMH

@ditto_support hello I've been trying to release a project through your platform, I sent it in on August 14 originally scheduled to drop on 20/09/19 but till date I'm still encountering setbacks. I want to inquire is there a way I can cancel my subscription and get a refund 🙏

@ditto_support I replied to a previous email from you guys with the fix to the problem but I haven’t heard back and the problem hasn’t been fixed. This release is scheduled for Friday and I need assurance that it will be out then so I can do promo. Ticket number is #253418

@ditto_support Sort yourselves out please. I’ve had to resubmit my artwork 4 times now because you can’t tell me what the problem is. I’ve had to push the release date back 2 days because you guys couldn’t give me the changes in 1 email at the beginning #253418

@ditto I’ve tweeted @ditto_support with my problem. You guys need to sort your customer service out because this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. If this doesn’t get better I will not be staying with you!
