4/4: According to the company, its approach aims to deliver material improvements in performance and energy efficiency for data center AI workloads while remaining compatible with existing infrastructure.
3/4: +Expand engineering operations, and deliver initial datacenter-ready hardware and software systems. OPU uses micron-scale photonic components to address power and scalability constraints associated with traditional silicon-based GPUs.
1/4: Portco, @neurophos, announced that it has raised $110 million in an oversubscribed Series A financing, bringing total funding to $118 million, to support the development and commercialization of its photonic AI inference technology. Read more: prnewswire.com/news-releases/…
And intends to support exchangeability between OPEN-listed equity & its Nasdaq-listed shares, which could help align liquidity across venues. The company has also stated that, where permitted, shareholders may access decentralized finance-based tools for stock lending & borrowing
Subject to regulatory requirements and participant eligibility. Figure has indicated it plans to be the first issuer on OPEN, having filed a public registration statement in November 2025 for a non-dilutive secondary offering.
