here's exactly how I make AI Street interviews that look 100% real with Seedance 2.5: - create your character - find a street interview on TikTok you love - open Seedance 2.5 - upload your character image - upload the street interview video - paste in your prompt now the prompt. this is where most people mess it up I use Claude with Opus 5.5. first I ask it to research how Seedance 2.5 should be prompted based on the official documentation, so it knows what actually works then I tell it to use Video1 as the reference, so Seedance picks up the real camera movement, the look of the street and how people actually act when someone sticks a mic in their face, the natural expressions and performance and to use Image1 as the character after that I just describe what I want to happen in the video. the more detail you give it, the better it gets how the person being interviewed should be approached, where the video takes place, what is happening around etc. I break down how I write detailed prompts like this on my whop if you want to go deeper paste it into Seedance, hit generate, done here's what it looks like:

@ecomrickys Could I also have a call with you please I’m just wanting to get some sauce and can you pleas help I haven’t started yet but I’m definitely looking to start

We had an ecom brand stuck at $200k/mth for months. One plain comparison image took it to $100k/day. Just the other brand's product with all the bad stuff about it next to ours with none of it. We banged our heads against the wall before we found it. At the time it felt like the brand was cooked. ⠀ Looking back, the angle was obvious. ⠀ Same realisation I had at the KL meetup with @heystevetan the other week. ⠀ "My brand's doing $60k a month, how do I get to $100k?" ⠀ Charge more. ⠀ "I've got a few brands, what do?" ⠀ Focus on the one making you the most cash. ⠀ Years ago we'd have spent weeks trying to figure out both of those. Now they take one line to answer. ⠀ It's the same with the gym. Doesn't look like anything's happening until you're repping weight that used to crush you. ⠀ You just need enough feedback loops to see it. Whatever you're stuck on right now, you'll look back in a year and laugh at how simple it was. ⠀ You'll constantly see people coping in Discord communities, on X, on whatever social media. I was the same. I spent years sucking at this ecom game before I realised I just didn't have the skills to make it work yet. Not weeks. Not months. Years. Knowing what to do was never the hard part. It was a skill gap, and hours and reps close it. ⠀ Few.

First meetup in almost a year and first VIP dinner in years KL showed so much love. 80% of the crowd flew in Live talk with @shauneng on scaling Skool's largest e-com community & gold nuggets of building an e-com brand Then a dinner and intimate conversations with him and

I stopped using image models for AI characters. here's what I do instead: image models make people look too perfect. smooth skin, perfect light, that fake AI look. you can spot it in a second video models don't do that. Seedance 2.5 makes people look like they were filmed on a phone. so I make my characters there here's how: go on TikTok or Pinterest and search what you want. "girl in kitchen", "guy in car", "UGC in bedroom". find a video that looks real and capture the exact frame you want put that frame into ChatGPT and ask it to describe everything in a JSON prompt. face, hair, skin, clothes, light, camera angle... this part matters most. I have my own way of writing these prompts and it makes a huge difference. but even a simple version works paste the JSON into Seedance 2.5. set it to 4 seconds, 9:16, 1080p. hit generate watch the video, pause on the best moment and save that frame that's your character it costs more than an image model. but the skin, the light, the small mistakes that make people look real... you can't get that any other way right now check the examples below

" GPT-Images 2.5 is f*cking insane for AI UGC " guys using this title just to post women with huge breasts and farm attention are the biggest losers. what’s even worse, those pictures aren’t even generated using GPT-Images 2.5. they just take a real photo and make a few edits, like changing the shirt, then pretend it’s AI... here’s an example of my 100% AI generated UGC character using the Seedance 2.5 method👇

I had to rewatch this 4 times to BELIEVE it's AI, and I made it... Seedance 2.5 fixed every single thing that used to expose AI UGC the half second pause before she answers. the way her eyes drift off camera. the tiny shoulder shrug. the hand that moves before the words do... that is not "good for AI" anymore that is a real creator, except she DOESN'T exist. watch this👇

the most expensive mistake in advertising is a BORING HOOK. the hook is the entire foundation. if the first 2 seconds don't grab people, your product, your offer and your editing are completely irrelevant and here's the monumental part: the best hooks already exist. they've been tested with millions of dollars in ad spend with AI you can take any winning hook, break down exactly why it works, rebuild it for your niche and generate the video the same day no creator, no reshoots, no guessing the brands doing this are scaling at an incredible pace. everyone else is still wondering why their ads don't convert look at these hooks👇

7-figure brands are firing real creators and replacing them with AI influencers like this one. she was made in Seedance 2.5 and you still can't find a single thing that gives her away this is a monumental shift, and most people still think it's a gimmick. just watch this👇

pet brands, i'd turn this PetLab scene into 3 different openings. a cartoon dog asks his dad to stop ignoring the scratching. dad turns the movie up. the TV remote is the detail i'd build around. my test batch: “he always does that.” owner reaches for the remote. “it's

just a reminder that you can make AI videos this realistic for FREE... most people still have no idea this is possible

Omni 1.1 Flash is f*cking insane for AI UGC this video cost me $0

Seedance 2.5 is quietly killing UGC creators. the realism is at a level most people won't even question the way she moves, the way the light falls, the way she talks to the camera like she's done this a hundred times and the options are endless. any face, any setting, any style, any angle... the only real limit now is the idea. That's a monumental shift for anyone making ads… and most brands haven't caught up to it yet.

a full AI UGC video now costs me $0 - google flow account: $1.60 for 18 months - 1000 credits a month + 50 free every day - a full video = 45 credits (three 10s clips) the clip itself costs nothing the only thing that costs anything is the upscale, about a dollar, and you don't even need it everything here is raw output, no upscale
